Orjina is a digital system developed to verify the authenticity of products. Each product is registered in the system with a unique identity, and consumers can perform verification by scanning the QR code on the product.

As a consumer, you access basic information such as the product's brand, registration status, authorized seller information, and the date of the first verification. It does not contain personal or commercial data.

Orjina will notify you and provide guidance if a fake or invalid code is scanned. The system also analyzes whether the same code has been used multiple times.

No. The Orjina system is only applicable to brands and sellers who use this verification technology. If you do not see a QR code, the product is not part of this system.

You can start the brand verification and partnership process through the "Apply to Orjina" page. The Orjina team will request the necessary documents and conduct a compliance check.

Yes. A unique UID (Unique Identifier) is created for each product, and these codes are integrated into the product packaging. The codes are obtained by brands or authorized sellers through the system.

If you are an authorized brand distributor, you can be added to the system upon brand approval. You can also apply as an independent seller; the approval process is managed by Orjina.

It varies depending on the number of brands and products. On average, the initial integration can be completed within 3-5 business days. The Orjina API documentation allows brands to easily integrate with their own systems.

For products like perfumes and dermo-cosmetics, which require a mandatory ÜTS notification to the Ministry of Health, it is compulsory for manufacturers to make this notification before selling. If a product verified with the Orjina system has a UTS cosmetic notification, you can also access this information when you scan the QR code.
